Radar Alert Destinations
Pipe license-fraud and anomaly alerts into Slack or Discord from the Radar page.
Overview
Radar watches your licenses for fraud signals and anomalies. Alert destinations forward those findings to a Slack channel or Discord server via incoming webhooks, so the right people see them without opening the dashboard.
Setup
- Open the Radar page in your dashboard.
- Find Alert destinations and pick Slack or Discord.
- Create an incoming webhook on that side and paste the URL:
- Slack: Apps → Incoming Webhooks, pick a channel, copy the URL.
- Discord: Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, copy the URL.
- Save, then Send test to confirm the message lands.
Managing destinations requires a developer-level role with API key write access. Webhook URLs are stored encrypted and shown masked after saving.
Pause and Delete
- Pause a destination to stop alerts without losing the configuration; resume anytime.
- Delete removes the destination entirely. Radar keeps working in the dashboard either way.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| Test message fails | URL is wrong or the channel revoked it — regenerate the webhook and re-save |
| Alerts stop arriving | Destination may be paused, or the webhook was deleted on the Slack/Discord side |
| Can't access the section | You need alert-integration (API key write) permission — ask an admin |
