Learn how customers access, manage, and verify their software licenses, seats, and subscriptions through the self-service Keymint Customer Portal.
Login
Keymint uses a secure, passwordless login system. You don't need to remember a password—just access to your registered email.

Go to Portal
Navigate to app.keymint.dev and ensure the Customer tab is selected.

Identify Yourself
Enter your Vendor Code (provided by your software vendor) and your registered Email Address.

Receive Verification Code
Check your email for a 6-digit verification code sent by Keymint.

Verify and Enter
Enter the code into the portal to securely access your license dashboard.
Portal Features
- View licenses — status, expiration dates, activation counts
- Monitor usage — see which devices are activated
- Update account — change contact information
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Can't log in | Verify vendor code and email match your registration |
| No verification email | Check spam/junk, verify email spelling |
| Session expired | Re-login — sessions timeout after inactivity |
Never share your verification codes. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact your vendor immediately.
