Using the Customer Portal

Learn how customers use the Keymint Customer Portal to view licenses, check activation status, manage devices, and understand vendor-controlled actions.

After signing in with your vendor code and one-time passcode, the customer portal shows the licenses assigned to your customer record.

License status

Each license shows its product, activation usage, expiration, and current status. An expired or vendor-disabled license cannot be activated until the vendor changes its state.

Device management

Where enabled by the vendor, you can deactivate your own device activation or reset activations for a license. These actions affect your customer record only; they do not change other customers' licenses.

If a control is unavailable, the vendor may have disabled customer self-service or the license may not permit that action. Contact the software vendor for changes to products, entitlements, or disabled licenses.
