Team Settings and Roles

Manage Keymint collaborators, invitations, roles, workspace permissions, ownership changes, and customer-portal controls from Team Settings.

Owners and admins manage collaborators under Team settings. Invitations are sent by email and remain pending until accepted.

Roles

RoleAccess
OwnerFull workspace, billing, security, and team control.
AdminManage products, customers, licenses, and invitations; no billing ownership.
DeveloperWork with products, keys, and public API integrations.
MemberRead-only access to products, licenses, and usage dashboards.

Assign the least-privileged role that fits the collaborator's work. Every dashboard operation is scoped to the active workspace; membership in one organization does not grant access to another.

Ownership and access changes

Review pending invitations and remove collaborators who no longer need access. Ownership transfer and destructive organization actions are restricted to the current owner and are recorded in workspace activity.

Customer portal controls

Team settings also holds your vendor code (your team slug, shared with customers for portal login) and the customer-portal toggle. See the Customer Portal for Vendors guide for plan requirements and troubleshooting.
